HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for that particular item. Should you wish to exchange for another item or size you can see on the website, store credit will be added to your account upon receipt of your return.
Placing a new order with credit is really straightforward and can be used to purchase any item on our website. This will never expire and can be used on orders of any value.
Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when sent. This does not include the removing of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags. We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.
Items must be shipped to Classic Kits within 14 days of informing us of the purchaser’s intention to return. Returns are made at the cost of the purchaser.
Classic Kits cannot be held responsible for return parcels not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number in case it is required at a later date.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. We cannot process any refund or credit prior to receipt.
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
The following items are exempt from these terms and we are unable to accept them back unless faulty:
underwear (inc. undershorts, skins etc.), swimwear, flip flops, bathrobes, towels.

All our shirts are sent out in biodegradable packaging.
ARE YOUR ITEMS ALL GENUINE SHIRTS?
Yes all our shirts are authentic. We have a dedicated team with many years experience on how to spot a fake shirt, which includes a member of our staff who worked as an advisor in this role for a well known sports brand.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major bank cards, PayPal and also accept payments over the phone.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
All our items are sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We do not use any other courier. Royal Mail 48 Tracked Policy is to deliver within 3 days of the item being sent. All items will be sent the same working day.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
At the moment we have a team in place that is looking to open up a physical shop in the Midlands area of the UK. We expect the shop to be opened by the end of 2021.
